Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ujisa, the app discovery platform operating at ujisa.com (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least the legal age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and that you have the authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you access the Platform. Ujisa may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its design, structure, source code, software, graphics, logos, and the content presented therein (collectively, the "Platform Content"), are owned by Ujisa or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Ujisaâ€™s trademarks, service marks, or logos outside the context of your permitted use of the Platform.

Access to and use of Platform Content is permitted solely for the purposes for which the Platform is intended. You may view and use the Platform Content for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited uses include reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, republish, upload, transmit, or otherwise exploit Platform Content in any manner not expressly authorized by Ujisa or applicable law. If you contribute or upload content to the Platform (such as reviews or other user submissions), you grant Ujisa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the operation and promotion of the Platform, subject to your rights and any applicable privacy settings.

Third-Party Links and Apps Hosted on Google Play

The Platform may include links or references to applications that are hosted on third-party platforms, including Google Play. Ujisa does not host these apps and does not control or endorse the content, policies, or practices of third-party developers or platforms. Use of any linked app is governed by the applicable third-party providerâ€™s terms and policies, including Google Playâ€™s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Ujisa disclaims any responsibility for, and makes no representations regarding, the accuracy, availability, or conduct of these third-party apps or services. Your interaction with third-party apps via the Platform is at your own risk, and you should review the third partyâ€™s terms before proceeding.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UJISA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE. UJISA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL UJISA OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY THIRD-PARTY APPS LINKED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF UJISA AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO UJISA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, discontinue use of the Platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ujisa operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration requirements applicable to you.
